Otago Entomology Society is the Otago Regional Branch of the Entomological Society of New Zealand. We encourage Otago entomologists to join both! Memberships should be renewed annually at the start of each calendar year.
Membership is open to anyone in the Otago region with an interest in insects and/or spiders. While the Otago Entomology Society is principally intended to serve the Otago region, we happily accept members from other areas as well. However, we do encourage interested individuals from outside Otago to explore whether there might be a branch closer to them that could better serve their needs.
Visitors are welcome to come along to one of our meetings.
To join or renew your membership to Otago Eng Soc
- Fill out and submit the “Otago Entomology Society Membership” Form.
- You can pay your membership dues in cash to the Treasurer during a meeting.

- Student/non-wage earner: $10
- Non-student/wage earner: $20
